Specializing in elevated vacuum and suction suspension design sockets.

Xtreme Prosthetics use total surface weight bearing socket techniques, that are quite different than conventional patella tendon bearing sockets. They yield as much as 75% to 80% of patient body weight on the patella tendon, which results in a very uncomfortable socket after a few hours of wearing.

The total surface-bearing socket design distributes the body weight over the entire surface area of the residual limb, allowing the patient to wear the prosthetic much longer with a much higher level of comfort.
